Terms and Conditions
We apply a Fair Use Policy to the permitted amount of data traffic. This means there is no hard limit for data traffic. The permitted amount depends on the average usage of other customers. If your hosted database or website generates above-average data traffic, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. The hosting packages are billed annually. The above services have a minimum contract term of one year, and cancellation must be made no later than three months before the contract expires. The contract is automatically renewed for one year each time. When you change your package, your contract is extended by twelve months. Upgrading to a higher package is possible immediately. Downgrading is only possible at the end of the contract period.
SLA (Service Level Agreement)
CARD Solutions has a very high uptime (99.9% annually). Our network is monitored using SMS services, among other methods. As soon as something unusual occurs, our technical specialists receive a text message and take immediate action. The recovery time depends on the type of problem; in most cases, the response time is only a few minutes.
