Case description

CARD Solutions developed a system for Apple repair service CARD Services that makes submitting and tracking repairs child’s play. In the past, every customer had to be registered in the administration system at the counter.

Customers can submit a new repair request via a portal website or the app. A unique identifier (serial number) is used to determine whether the device is covered by warranty. Attachments such as photos, proof of purchase, or descriptions of the problem can be added, and customers can also choose how the repair will be delivered to CARD Services. The entire repair process can then be tracked via the website or app.
