Case description

CARD Solutions developed iPad solutions for the shop floor for Jumbo entrepreneurs in Zwolle and Oegstgeest. In the old situation, orders had to be placed at home via the Jumbo website, and this also applied to complaints and compliments. Ordering barbecue meat was also not yet automated.

Solution: Ordering solution on iPad in the store

CARD Solutions has developed four iPad applications that can be used on different iPads. In the bakery department, customers can order pastries on the iPad located there. In the meat department, meat can be ordered and a barbecue/gourmet meal can be reserved. To monitor customer satisfaction, customers can submit complaints and compliments via the iPad located at the service desk.
