Terms and conditions
We apply a Fair Use Policy for the permitted amount of data traffic. This means that there is no hard limit for data traffic. The permitted amount depends on the average consumption of other customers. If your hosted database or website generates above-average data traffic, we will consult with you to find a suitable solution. The hosting packages are invoiced annually. The above services are subject to a minimum contract term of one year. Notice of termination must be given at least three months before the end of the contract. The contract is tacitly renewed for one year at a time. If you change your package, your contract will be extended by twelve months. You can upgrade to a higher package immediately. Downgrading is only possible at the end of the contract period.

SLA (Service Level Agreement)
CARD Solutions has a very high uptime (99.9% annually). Our network is monitored using SMS services, among other things. As soon as something unusual happens, our technical specialists receive an SMS and take immediate action. The recovery time depends on the type of problem, but in most cases the response time is only a few minutes.
