Case description

Claesen’s started small in Amsterdam in 1994, but has since grown into an international clothing brand. Claesen’s clothing items are sold not only in Europe but also worldwide in countries such as Australia, Canada, and the United States. The delivery of Claesen’s sometimes limited stock of seasonal items was too dependent on telephone requests from customers who sometimes called just for a single item or a simple question. Stock administration and customer management quickly became a time-consuming task.
